"FARM" Sweatshirt (Grey)

This sweatshirt is incredibly soft and is like wearing a blanket made of clouds, bunnies, duck feathers & cotton candy..or some other description of comfy.

*Unisex fit, so if you like them a little roomy, order your normal size. If you like them to fit a little more snug, order a size down.

*Grey has black ink. Navy has white ink.

*50% poly 37.5% combed and ring-spun cotton 12.5% rayon

EXCHANGE POLICY: If you've ordered and are unhappy with the fit, or if there's any kind of defect, please email me at orders@southernfarmco.com within 72 hours of delivery. Some sizes are very limited and exchanging may not be an option.


Shipping:

Packages ship via USPS, first class or priority, or UPS with tracking number. All shipping prices are calculated based on weight and region, therefore selecting "Priority 2-3 business days" at checkout does not always mean that your items will arrive in that time frame. It simply means that your items will arrive 2-3 business days AFTER they are shipped out. Paying for Priority Shipping does not mean you are paying any extra to get it there faster, it means that your items have to be sent via Priority Shipping because of the weight and location. If "First Class" is an option, I suggest selecting that one.

If you've placed an order, but haven't heard anything back from me in a few days, NEVER FEAR...I promise I haven't left the country with your money! I am a team of ONE, and sometimes it takes me a while to fulfill all the orders from my amazing customers!

Most orders ship within 2-7 business days, but can sometimes be delayed due to high order volume. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. A tracking number will be sent via email when your shipping label has been created. SFCo is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that you provide, so please make sure everything is correct before checking out.

International orders can take a little longer. The USPS delivery time frame on international orders is 7-21 business days AFTER they have shipped.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, since most items are made when ordered, no refunds can be offered at this time - exchanges only please.

No exchanges on Grab Bag items and/or items being discontinued - All sales are final!

No unauthorized exchanges - meaning: please give me a heads up if you need to exchange. I want to make sure I can accommodate!

ALL EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. AFTER 14 DAYS, NO EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE...NO EXCEPTIONS. Please include invoice and a note stating your needs.

NO RETURNS ON HOLIDAY THEMED SHIRTS - exchanges can be made only if the item is still in stock.

ALL sales are final on marked down/discontinued items!

If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please email ORDERS@SOUTHERNFARMCO.COM within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your name, order number and tracking number (if available).

If nonreturnable/nonexchangeable items are returned without email notification, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to get those items back. 

If items arrive broken or damaged, photos will be required and upon approval, replacements or store credit will be sent. In some cases, a claim may need to be filed with the USPS.

If items are out of stock and/or on back order, a refund may be issued at owners discretion, otherwise a store credit will always be issued!

Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges unless a shipping mistake has been made on my end. However, SFCo will pay for shipping exchanges back to our customers!

All items must be returned in original and unused/unwashed/unworn condition, otherwise a replacement will not be sent. 

Southern Farm Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders, or items purchased at any of our retailers. Please contact your retailer to inquire about their refund/exchange policy.
