Our free shipping promotion applies to orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (pre-taxes/post-discount code) & to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. All other regions will be charged shipping based on weight and location. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.
Most orders ship within 5 - 7 business days, but can sometimes be delayed due to high order volume. If you have selected "Priority Mail/Parcel Select Ground 2-3 Day Shipping", or UPS ground, this does not mean your order will arrive 2-3 days after you've ordered. It means that your order should arrive 2-3 days AFTER it has left our possession. We do not offer rush/expedited shipping.
The most affordable shipping method (Standard 5-7 day) is always our suggestion. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. A tracking number will be sent via email when your shipping label has been created. SFCo is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that you provide, so please make sure everything is correct before checking out.
International orders can take a little longer. The USPS delivery time frame on international orders is 7-21 business days AFTER they have shipped.
Southern Farm Co. is not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control. Nor are we responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier, but please email us too if tracking shows "delivered", but hasn't showed up within 48 hours. We have no control over the carriers, but will try to help in anyway we can!
If you've placed an order, but haven't heard anything back from me in a few days, NEVER FEAR...I promise I haven't left the country with your money! I am a team of ONE, and sometimes it takes me a while to fulfill all the orders from my amazing customers! In the same respect, please make sure you have the correct contact info/shipping address on your order at checkout, if there is a problem with your order, we need to be able to contact you.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned items will be processed for anSFCo E-Gift Card ONLY.
Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed, & undamaged condition.
E-Gift Cards will be sent to the email address on the original order, so please make sure the address is correct.
We recommend, purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product, so as not to miss out on the item, however this isn't required.
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping, unless a mistake has been made by SFCo.
Southern Farm Co gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online,for store credit only, and will be issued in the form of an SFCo Gift Card.
Merchandise must be returned back to us within 30 days of the date your order shipped, and unless we've made a mistake on an order, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you would like to purchase a return label from us ($7.00), please send an email to ORDERS@SOUTHERNFARMCO.COM, stating your needs and your order number. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your e-gift card.

(No returns/trades on FARM® Boxes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however if items do not fit, exchanges will be accommodated if request are submitted in a timely manner (within 72 hours of delivery).
If you have received the wrong item due to a mistake on our end, please contact us via email at ORDERS@SOUTHERNFARMCO.COM within 3 DAYS of delivery. We will send you the correct item, as well as return packaging for the incorrect one.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
