- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned items will be processed for an SFCo E-Gift Card ONLY.
- No returns or exchanges on custom items, unless we have made a mistake on our end.
- Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed, & undamaged condition.
- E-Gift Cards will be sent to the email address on the original order, so please make sure the address is correct.
- We recommend, purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product, so as not to miss out on the item, however this isn't required.
- Customers are fully responsible for return shipping, unless a mistake has been made by SFCo.
- Southern Farm Co gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online, for store credit only, and will be issued in the form of an SFCo Gift Card.
- Merchandise must be returned back to us within 30 days of the date your order shipped, and unless we've made a mistake on an order, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If you would like to purchase a return label from us ($7.00), please send an email to ORDERS@SOUTHERNFARMCO.COM, stating your needs and your order number. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your e-gift card.

(No returns/trades on FARM® Boxes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however if items do not fit, exchanges will be accommodated if request are submitted in a timely manner (within 72 hours of delivery).
- If you have received the wrong item due to a mistake on our end, please contact us via email at ORDERS@SOUTHERNFARMCO.COM within 3 DAYS of delivery. We will send you the correct item, as well as return packaging for the incorrect one.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Returning a Gift

- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a SFCo E-Gift Card.
