Shipping Information


All shipping methods are Standard Shipping (Up to 7 Business Days Processing Time). Rates are for the Contiguous 48 States. All other areas will be calculated based on weight and region, at checkout.


Most orders ship within 7 business days, but can sometimes be delayed due to high order volume.  If you have selected "Priority Mail/Parcel Select Ground 2-3 Day Shipping", or UPS ground, this does not mean your order will arrive 2-3 days after you've ordered. It means that your order should arrive 2-3 days AFTER it has left our possession. We do not offer rush/expedited shipping.

The most affordable shipping method (Ground Advantage) is always our suggestion. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. A tracking number will be sent via email when your shipping label has been created. SFCo is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, so please make sure shipping address is correct before checking out. If your package is returned to us due to insufficient address, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping charges.

International orders can take a little longer. The USPS delivery time frame on international orders is 7-21 business days AFTER they have shipped.

Southern Farm Co. is not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control. Nor are we responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier, but please email us too if tracking shows "delivered", but hasn't showed up within 48 hours. We have no control over the carriers, but will try to help in anyway we can! 

If you've placed an order, but haven't heard anything back from me in a few days, NEVER FEAR...I promise I haven't left the country with your money! I am a team of ONE, and sometimes it takes me a while to fulfill all the orders from my amazing customers! In the same respect, please make sure you have the correct contact info/shipping address on your order at checkout, if there is a problem with your order, we need to be able to contact you.
