1. How do your shirts fit?
All shirts are unisex sized, so I advise you to use your best judgement on what will fit you. For example: If you normally wear a medium in a regular unisex non-fitted tee, then you should probably order a medium from us as well. 2. When will my order ship?
Typical shipping time frame is 7 business days, but can sometimes take a little longer (or a little less) depending on order volume. Please read item description for a more accurate shipping timeframe, or visit the Shipping and Exchange Policies page HERE
3. I paid for 2-3 business day Priority Shipping & I placed my order 3 days ago, why hasn't my packaged shipped yet?
My shipping is calculated through the USPS, by weight and distance. So, in most cases Priority Mail is the only shipping option. I assure you that you are not paying extra for 2 day shipping - this simply means that once your order does ship, it will arrive to your address in 2-3 business days. 4. I need to exchange my item(s), how do I go about this?
First, send an email to ORDERS@SOUTHERNFARMCO.COM within 72 hours of delivery (if item is damaged, photos are required). Second, upon approval, pack up your items and send them back to the address on your invoice, within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your invoice/order number & a note in your package stating your needs. If you do not include your invoice and/or a note, I will not know who you are, or what to do, therefore leaving me unable to exchange your item(s). Please see the exchange policy HERE. *please note: if a shipping mistake has been made by SFCo, all exchange shipping charges will be covered by us.
5. Can I create my own color/design combo?
No. At this time, what is listed on my site is what I am offering. Maybe one day I can get a little fancier and add these options.
6. My package was lost/stolen/delayed, what do I need to do?
Although SFCo isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages, however if your package has been lost, stolen, or just delayed, please send me an email with your order and tracking number. I will do my best to *help locate your package! In most cases, this is something you will have to take up with your local Post Office & mail carrier.
*Once your package has left our hands, we no longer have control over the delivery.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! If you want to know how much shipping charges will be, simply go through the checkout process and a total will be calculated for you. If you decide the shipping is too much, you don't have to check out.
8. Do you offer wholesale?
Not at this time, but maybe one day!
